BEEF ROAST 
1 env. Lipton onion soup (dry)
1 can Campbell's Mushroom Soup
1 (2-3) lb. beef roast

In a casserole dish lay dry soup mix in the bottom, then place your beef roast on top of that. Cover with Campbell's Mushroom Soup; cover with foil - bake at 350 degrees for an hour and half or until done. Then you have your gravy and a delicious beef roast.
