BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. milk
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Cook broccoli and onion in the boiling, salted water until tender. Do not drain. Stir in milk and soup; heat through. Do not boil. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Can add leftover meat, fish, or poultry. 4 servings.
