BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
3-inch slice Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. In a large saucepan cook cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion and cheese until well blended. Add broccoli and simmer for 20 minutes. Season for individual preference with salt and pepper.
