ITALIAN VEAL CUTLETS 
1 center cut round steak (cut thin or pound thin)
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
2 pods garlic, chopped fine
Salt and pepper
Parsley, chopped
2 eggs (mix with small amount of milk)

Cut steak in serving pieces, remove fat and gristle. Pound steak thin. In bowl, place eggs, beaten well; add salt and pepper to taste. Combine bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, and parsley. Dip meat in egg, then in bread crumb mixture. Fry in Crisco. Drain on brown paper. Good hot or cold.
