ITALIAN STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. Quaker oats (either kind)
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper

STUFFING:

Use 1/3 c. of any of these or combine 2 or more: Sliced ripe olives Shredded Mozzarella cheese Shredded zucchini

Mix ground beef, oats, 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce and pepper well. Separate into two equal mixtures, to form 7 inch patties. Place stuffing mixture on one patty to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with other patty, pinch sides to seal. Place in greased 8 inch round pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
