HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
16 oz. can pear halves
16 oz. can pineapple tidbits
16 oz. Elberta Keystone peaches
16 oz. can white cherries, pitted
2/3 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. butter, melted

Drain fruit for 2-4 hours on paper towels. Place fruit in 7x11 inch ungreased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovered at 350 degrees. Serve warm. Serves 6-8. Wonderful. Enjoy!
