1 qt. milk
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nutmeg

Beat egg whites and set aside. Beat yolks. Add sugar and milk and egg whites, and spices. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
