EGG NOG TO TASTE 
Sugar
Vanilla
1 doz. eggs
Heavy cream or evaporated milk
2 tbsp. rum

You may make half or double or triple. Use 2 egg yolks to each can of evaporated milk or to each 1/2 pint of heavy cream separate eggs. Place egg white or 2 1/2 pints of container of heavy cream in bowl beat until stiff. Add sugar to taste; set aside.

In mixing bowl egg yolks, 4 cans of evaporated milk of 6 containers, 1/2 pint heavy cream. Add sugar, vanilla or rum (booze if you like) and nutmeg.

Mix thoroughly, gently and fold in beaten egg whites until whipping cream like. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Enjoy.
