EGG NOG 
21 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 qt. milk
5 tsp. vanilla
Dash nutmeg on each individual serving

Beat egg yolks until smooth and creamy. Add sugar, salt and vanilla; then beat again. Stir milk into mixture. Just before serving fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Serve chilled with nutmeg on top.
