BROCCOLI QUICHE 
4 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. butter
1 regular can mushrooms, sliced, saute until tender
1 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 well beaten eggs
8 oz. grated cheese

Mix together in a bowl, add sauteed ingredients and mix well. Using 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls as a crust, spread out in a pie pan. Spread 2 tablespoonfuls prepared mustard over crust. Add egg mixture to crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly.
