BANANA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
2 tbsp. sour cream

Cream together with electric mixer.

1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas

Add to the above and mix.

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix the dry ingredients together first and then to the above mixture. Blend thoroughly. Fill muffin tins, 1/2 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 10 to 12.
