4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. Jello
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and baking powder together. Cream sugar and butter together. Add the Jello, vanilla, and egg to the sugar and butter. Add the flour mixture and mix well. Force through a cookie press and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. If using lime Jello, 2 teaspoons grated lime peel and a dash of food coloring may be added. For orange Jello, use 2 teaspoons orange peel.
