1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1 egg white, unbeaten
Sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Beat together butter, sugar, cinnamon and egg yolk. Add flour and mix well. Spread unbeaten egg white on top. Sprinkle with sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake 1/2 hour or until brown at 350 degrees. Cut into squares as soon as you remove them from the oven.
