BAKED RABBIT 
1 rabbit
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. onion slices
4 or 5 strips bacon

Rub salt and pepper on rabbit pieces; place on large sheet of aluminum foil. Place onion slices on and around rabbit. Lay bacon strips over top of rabbit. Wrap loosely. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until done and tender.
