LEMON FLUFF 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 lg. can milk (cold)
Vanilla wafer pastry
Vanilla wafers, crumbled

Cook in a double boiler until first 3 ingredients thicken. Cool. Beat the can of cold milk until it is like whipped cream. Add the first mixture and beat until well mixed. Pour onto cracker crust. Sprinkle crumbled wafers on top. Freeze. Cut in squares when ready to serve.
