BAKED HASH BROWNS SUPREME 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, partially thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Cheddar or American cheese, cubed
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all together and put in 9x13 greased pan. Top with 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. May be made up a day ahead and refrigerated.
