BAKED HASH BROWNS 
1 (2 lb.) bag Oreida hash browns
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, cut up
8 oz. grated sharp cheese

In large bowl mix all together, breaking potatoes apart, pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
