HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE | |
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 med. onion, chopped 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 pkg. Ritz crackers Mix all ingredients except crackers together in large bowl. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Crush 1 package Ritz crackers and layer on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
