HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. crushed potato chips

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients except potato chips together. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
