CHEESY POTATOES 
32 oz. OreIda Southern style hash browns (frozen or thawed slightly)
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar, 2 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter

Mix all of the ingredients together except corn flakes and 1/2 stick of butter. Put mixture in a 9x13-inch greased pan. Then sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top. Pour 1/2 stick of butter (melted) over corn flakes. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.
