PACIFIC LIME "MOLDED" SALAD 
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, save juice
1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese, small crud
1 tsp. cream horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello and add pineapple juice. Chill until thick and syrupy. Beat until foamy. Fold in rest of ingredients and pour into 3 cup mold. Chill. Unmold and garnish as desired. Serves 6.
