PEPPER JELLY 
1/2 c. hot peppers
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. green bell peppers
1 bottle Certo
6 1/2 c. sugar

Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar, cook to a full rolling boil. Take off fire. Let set 5 minutes. Stir in Certo. Put in sterilized jars.
