CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Combine hash browns, cheese, soup, 1/2 cup melted butter, sour cream, and onion. Mix and put into 13 x 9 inch pan. (Onions are optional). Mix corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, uncovered. If desired, garnish with lemon twists and parsley.
