LEMON-BUTTER CABBAGE 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 med. head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat wok at 325 degrees for 3 minutes. Add first 3 ingredients and heat 1 minute. Add cabbage, stir fry 4 minutes. Cover, reduce heat to steam 3 minutes. Add lemon rind and remaining ingredients. Toss gently.
