1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I prefer the whipped kind)
3 burrito size flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mexican style "fiesta" cheese, for sprinkling

Brown ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning; cook for time specified on package. Add cream cheese to ground beef mixture.

In an 8x8-inch glass pan place 1 flour tortilla, add a handful of shredded cheese and part of the ground beef mixture. Continue to layer tortillas and ground beef mixture. Top off with a flour tortilla topped with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla edges start to brown.
