CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes with onion and pepper
1 lg. pkg. shredded sharp cheese
Townhouse crackers

Boil cabbage until tender, not mushy, drain. Layer 1/2 cabbage, tomatoes, cheese. Repeat with other half. Top with crushed crackers. Pat with butter. Top crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
