LIME DELIGHT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
8-10 lg. marshmallows
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello and marshmallows in boiling water. Add cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Beat mixture well with electric mixer. Stir in pineapple, cherries and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 4-cup mold and chill until firm. Serves 8-10.
