LIME DELIGHT SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. marshmallows, cut fine
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Juice 1/2 lemon
1 c. nuts

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Place in refrigerator until slightly congealed. Mash softened cream cheese and fold in whipped cream. Combine with other ingredients and add to gelatin. Pour into large ring mold and congeal. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Fill center of mold with cottage cheese sprinkles with grated sharp cheddar cheese.
