CHEESY NEW POTATOES 
12 med. size new potatoes, unpeeled and sliced
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fully cooked real bacon (9 pieces)
1 sm. onion, grated
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp process American cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and cool slightly. Stir in butter and pepper. Toss lightly. Spoon half of potato mixture into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Top with half each of bacon and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with parsley. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
