CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 med. head of cabbage
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 of a sm. box Minute Rice
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat and cook onions with meat until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cut cabbage head around stalk. Boil water and heat cabbage in the water until the leaves separate and are soft. Make rolls of meat and wrap in a cabbage leaf. Place rolls in 13 x9 inch cake pan or roaster. Pour 1 large can drained sauerkraut over rolls. Pour 1 large can tomato juice over sauerkraut, add water if needed during cooking. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 hours.
