CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl, mix well with electric beater the cake mix, pudding mix, vanilla, oil, sour cream, and eggs. Combine in a small bowl the sugar, nuts, and cinnamon.

Spoon 1/2 of batter into a well greased tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the nut mixture over the batter. Put the remaining batter into the pan evenly and top with the rest of the nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
