BRAN HEALTH MUFFINS 
1 c. whole bran cereal
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
1 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. honey

In mixing bowl thoroughly stir together bran cereal, flour, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and baking soda. Make well in dry ingredients.

Combine egg, buttermilk, brown sugar, milk and honey; add to dry ingredients stirring just to moisten. Fill greased or paper lined muffin pans two-thirds full. Bake in 400 degree oven about 15 minutes or until done. Makes 10 muffins.
