MANICOTTI MICHAEL 
1 pkg. pre-made manicotti shells
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. spaghetti sauce

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 (24 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare manicotti shells as directed on package. Blend all filling ingredients together and spoon 3 tablespoons filling in each manicotti shell. Place filled manicotti shells in 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
