MICHAEL'S GREEK CHICKEN 
3 1/2 lb. boned & skinned chicken breast
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. lemon
8 oz. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. olive oil
2 tsp. seasoning salt

Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Marinate overnight. Melt butter in fry pan, add chicken and saute until done. Turn chicken as needed.
