STEWED TOMATOES 
4 c. whole tomatoes, peeled & quartered
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
6 baked biscuits

Mix together the tomatoes, sugar, butter and salt. Crumble the biscuits and add to the mixture. Cover and cook in a saucepan over medium heat for 15 minutes. 6 servings.
