STEWED TOMATOES 
4 lg. tomatoes (cut into chunks)
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. cooked rice

Simmer tomatoes, onion and spices for 20 minutes. Add rice and simmer 15 minutes. Use best as side dish for meat loaf or with pork dishes.
