1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Mix cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add salt and vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Enough for half of a medium head of cabbage, grated fine.
