PEACH FREEZER JAM | |
2 c. pared, crushed fresh peaches 3 1/4 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pouch liquid fruit pectin 3 tbsp. lemon juice In large bowl, combine peaches and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine pectin and lemon juice; pour over peaches. Stir for 3 minutes. Spoon into glass or plastic containers. Cover. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer. |
