LIME JELLO COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. cut walnuts (sm. chunks)

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool mixture until it begins to set, then fold in whipped cream, cottage cheese, pineapple, and walnuts. Pour into ring mold (or rectangular Pyrex dish). Cool until firm.
