BAKED STUFFED LOBSTER 
5 (1 1/2 lb.) lobsters
2 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (4 oz.) cans tiny shrimp
1 stick butter, melted
Pepper to taste

Split lobsters from leg joint to tail. Discard the sac. Remove and retain tamale. In plastic bag, finely crush Ritz crackers. Mix crackers, butter, garlic salt and tamale together. Drain shrimp and blend in cracker mixture. Stuff lobsters; wrap in heavy foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
