HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 c. juice from roast

Put chuck roast in crock pot and cook 8 hours on low or until tender. Pour off juice, saving 1 cup. Remove fat and bone from roast and break up into small pieces. Add 1 cup juice and soups. (Do NOT dilute.) Reheat and serve on buns.
