MOM'S HOT BEEF SANDWICHES | |
2 1/2 to 3 lb. size beef roast 1 tsp. kitchen bouquet 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 pkg. French's brown gravy mix Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 10 to 12 hours on low. Remove meat and shred with a fork. Add about 2 teaspoons cornstarch to thicken gravy. Add meat to gravy and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve on warm buns. |
