WISCONSIN HOT BEEF SANDWICH | |
3-4 lb. beef roast 1 can beer 1 shot brandy 1 can cream of onion soup 1 can beef broth Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan. Roast at 300 degrees until beef shreds with a fork (about 4-6 hours). Remove beef and shred. Thicken liquid as for gravy if needed and put beef back in. Serve on buns. |
