EASY BAKED STEAK 
8 pc. cubed steak
Meat tenderizer
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 c. water, if needed

Brown cube steak. Drain. Place in large baking pan. Sprinkle with tenderizer. Cut up onion and green pepper. Place over steak mix 2 soups, beef broth and water (if necessary) together. Pour over steak and vegetables covering completely. Add salt and pepper. Cover. Bake 4 to 6 hours at 350 degrees. Test after 4 hours for doneness. Cut up potatoes and carrots may be added after baking half of the time if desired. This dish makes its own gravy.
