LIVERWURST SPREAD 
1 lb. liverwurst
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. dill pickle, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use medium speed on the mixer. Place in a serving dish. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve as an appetizer with assorted crackers.
