ZITI BAKE 
1 lb. ziti
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. parsley
1 egg
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu Homestyle spaghetti sauce
12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella

You may use all of Ragu in mixture if it looks too dry.

Cook ziti and drain. In same pan, lightly brown hamburg. Add rest of ingredients to hamburg and mix. Add ziti and half of the Ragu sauce. Put in 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle Mozzarella over top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered. Serves 6.
