SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 med. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato paste
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. extra-lean hamburger
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (pieces and stems)
4-6 cloves fresh garlic
1 c. fresh celery
1 bay leaf

In a crock pot combine tomato sauce, paste, stewed and Italian tomatoes. Brown the hamburger. Add the hamburger and mushrooms to sauce mixture. Saute the fresh garlic and celery. Add the garlic, celery and bay leaf to the sauce.

Add the following spices to taste: black pepper, chili powder, thyme, basil, rosemary, oregano, and minced onion. Put the temperature on low and let the sauce simmer for at least 8-10 hours. Cook the noodles and add them to the sauce about 20 minutes before serving.
