1 - 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1 handful sugar
1 to 2 tsp. fennel seed
1 to 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. stewing beef
2 lg. cans tomatoes
2 lg. cans plus 1 sm. can tomato sauce
Italian sausage

Brown hamburger and onions; drain grease. Add tomatoes, sauce, seasonings, and stew meat, as well as sugar and sausage. Let simmer a couple of hours.
