ITALIAN CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
3 eggs
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
1/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Dip chicken in beaten eggs and milk. Then roll in bread crumbs. Saute in skillet in butter. Layer bottom of casserole with sauce, then chicken breasts. cover each with a slice of Swiss and slice of mozzarella. Put remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake 30 minutes.
