ITALIAN HERBED TUNA AND NOODLES 
3 c. cooked noodles (I use spaghetti)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. Italian dry seasoning
1 c. water packed tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley

Cook noodles or spaghetti (I prefer spaghetti) according to package directions; drain. Cook broccoli according to package and drain.

In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoon butter. Stir in flour. Add milk and soup. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and seasoning. Stir until cheese melts. Stir in broccoli, tuna, mushrooms, onion, and parsley. Fold in noodles. Turn into a glass 9 x 13 inch casserole. Sprinkle on top some finely chopped bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
